トニ・トニ・トニのこの曲は、90年代も後半になってこのようなサザン・マナーというか、グリーン的メンフィス倣いの sophisticated な音が聴けてハッとさせられた／「無い」は日本ロック屈指の名曲、これほどいい曲はちょっと無い／蜜の味、ただの disco fever 範疇にしておくのが惜しい最高の groove 、女性でこれだけのベースを弾きながら歌えるのもすごい／ゼップと同じマネイジメントのＵＫシンガーのベル姐さんだが極上のＮＹセッションで chuck rainey のファンキーベース炸裂、そこに reggie young がばりばりに弾き倒す南部曲という妙味に★四つ／おっと、メイスン曲でもレイニーがぐいぐい押すシンコペート・ベースだった…
